Algorithm version
SourceAFIS version is included in algorithm transparency data in order to allow version-aware parsing of the data, because every version of SourceAFIS can introduce incompatible changes in algorithm transparency data.

Version is stored as plain UTF-8 text in a three-part format, for example "1.2.3".
